All items are carefully packaged in order to arrive to you safely and in one piece. However, if anything arrives damaged or broken, please send us an email to nightflowerdesigns@gmail.com with a photo and description and we will sort it out. Please note - these plates are 1 of 1, so replacements are typically not possible. But we will do our best to replace it with a similar plate.
