Refund policy

All fragile items (decorative plates, platters, saucers, trinket trays, and mugs) are final sale. We carefully package these items so they arrive to you safely and are unable to ensure the same if they are returned to us. These items are one-of-a-kind pieces of art and cannot be replaced. In the unlikely event that your order does arrive damaged, please send us an e-mail with an image(s) to nightflowerdesigns@gmail.com and we will move forward from there.
